Flyer Deadlines & Requirements

We welcome you to participate in our monthly mailings, by submitting a flyer of your choice. This is a wonderful opportunity for introducing new products, highlighting special offers and sharing more about your company.

We encourage you to create your flyers based on current best sellers, new product releases, special pre-packs, holiday features, etc. We also suggest maximizing your flyer by including a order form on the backside. You are welcome to participate as often as you like!

Requirements

We only accept one page, single sheet flyers (do not fold). You may print on both sides.
They must be 8 ½” x 11” in size and all paper must be the same brand/style/weight per mailing.
Card Stock and Glossy Paper will NOT be accepted. Paper cannot not exceed 80lb TEXT stock. We kindly recommend the following brand/style: Domtar - Cougar Digital Choice - Grain Long - Smooth - Text - 70/28 lb. - White
DO NOT affix any labels onto your flyer.
DO NOT pack your flyers in ‘popcorn’ or any other packing materials, other than brown packing paper. A machine is used to correlate this mailing and these materials impede its progress.
We need 740 copies - if we do not receive 740copies; your flier will be held until we receive all copies needed to complete a full run.
Please note that we can only accept 740 flyers per mailing, per month (one flyer style per Vendor, per month). If we receive a duplicate shipment, you will be asked to issue a Call Tag for their return.
If you would like to send your own mailing to our Members, mailing labels are made available upon request.
