Purchasing Power Plus was founded in 1997, based on a commitment to unite the hospital gift shop industry nationwide. Since its inception, P.P.P. has become the premier hospital gift shop network! In addition, we have formed a buying group for independent retailers, Retail Advantage Group. Our dedication focuses on providing our Members with an exciting range of benefits and superb customer service.

We are currently serving approximately 710 hospitals from across the nation, and are working to build the Retail Advantage Group network. Each of our Members receives discounts averaging 10% from participating Vendors. Our Vendors provide preferential terms, because not only are hospital and independent gift shops a great block of business, but as buying group members - a strong captive audience. New accounts are established, relationships built and sales levels rise. It is a wonderful means for achieving new business and maintaining current clientele.

We are committed to a high standard of excellence. We have chosen to negotiate only with those vendors we feel will offer our shops desirable product selection, first-rate customer service and terrific savings! Reciprocally, we encourage our Members to utilize participating Vendors as their primary source for product selection.

Our staff routinely identifies new and innovative merchandise that is ideally suited to the hospital gift shop and retail marketplace, and provide Member gift shops with exclusive access to our newsletter Network News. In addition, we provide members with seasonal product recommendations, identify market trends and recommend new suppliers and companies.
