Purchasing Power Plus Vendors
We appreciate your support of our Events in Atlanta and Chicago! Below are all the details....Please note that we are completely sold out, but will keep you posted, as new opportunities become available.
AmericasMart in Atlanta, GA on Saturday, January 10th
Location: Fashion Theater, Bldg 3, 15th Floor
Time: 8 am to 1 pm
Agenda: Continental Breakfast, Education, Vendor Floor and Lunch
Vendor Floor: 9:30 to 1:00
Setup Time: Friday, January 9th - 5pm to 8pm
The Chicago Gift Mart in Chicago, IL on Saturday January 17th
Location: The NEW location is The Merchandise Mart CONFERENCE CENTER (MMCC): Once you are in The Merchandise Mart take the Orleans Elevators (West) to the 2nd floor. Cross over the pedway (skybridge that connects The Mart and the building next door). You will see the Conference Center as soon as you get to the other end of the pedway.

Visit Rooms A/B and D/E for our Vendor Floor -- Setup Time: Friday, January 16th - 3pm to 6pm
Show Terms:
- Both Marts require that all participating Vendors for this event be currently exhibiting at the Mart – either in a permanent showroom or in a temporary space.
- Each Vendor will be provided with a 6 ft. draped table. (Only One Table per Vendor is permitted)
- All Setup MUST be completed on the Friday Evening BEFORE the Event. If your setup is not completed within the published time frame, you will forfeit your space and no refund will be given. Setup during our educational hour will NOT be permitted under any circumstances. No Vendor will be permitted to tear down and depart from the event before 1:00 pm. Please be respectful of our Members and other Vendors.
- There is not ample walk way room for floor displays – so be sure to keep that in mind when planning! Additionally, the Marts do not allow for the hanging of any signage. No exceptions will be permitted.
- There is no shipping into the show site. You will need to transport your items over from your Mart Location.
- Finally, the Marts generously provide us with the space for our event. The event at the AmericasMart is hosted in a Theater, so the lighting is a bit dark. We apologize, in advance, for any inconvenience, but electricity for additional lighting is not available.
- As an additional incentive for our attendees, all participating Vendors will be asked to extend an additional 5% discount, over and above the P.P.P. Discount. This offer must be extended the entire day of the event, as well as the following Sunday, in order to encourage visitation to your showroom.
If your renewal with P.P.P. is due on or before February 1, 2009, we MUST have received your renewal fee and contract prior to the show.
Company Profile: Please compose a company description of products/services & email the file to
alicia.zell@purchasingpowerplus.com (50 words or less). We also require a TIFF image that is 300 dpi, at least 500 pixels and PC-Compatible. You may choose a beauty shot or your company logo for inclusion. This information will be published in our Event booklet. Deadline: Monday, November 17th.
