How It Works

Order the way you already do.
Confirm once a quarter.

You apply, we review.

A brief application about your shop, how you buy, and the vendors you’re drawn to. Most applicants finish in five to seven minutes.

You receive your Exchange number.

Once accepted, you’re given a number to use when placing orders with participating vendors. That’s it. No new portal, no separate cart.

You order directly with vendors.

Place orders the same way you would with any wholesale account. Your Exchange savings apply at shipment.

You confirm your purchases each quarter.

A short check-in four times a year. Timing and submission details are walked through during onboarding.
