Deadlines:

Registration: Friday, March 29th
Payment (For Classic Vendors): Required at the time of registration
Artwork Submission: Friday, April 12th

Classic Vendors will receive a secure payment link, booking confirmation, and instructions for submitting artwork within 48 business hours of registration.

Premier Vendors will be sent confirmation, artwork submission guidance, and video specifications within the same timeframe.

Please note: If your renewal is due before June 1st, it must be fully processed, including payment, to ensure your participation.
