Important Information for Vendors:
Classic Vendors will receive a secure payment link, booking confirmation, and instructions for submitting artwork within 48 business hours of registration.
Premier Vendors will receive confirmation, artwork submission guidance, and video specifications within the same timeframe.
Critical Deadlines:
Payment: Immediate for Classic Vendors upon registration
Artwork Submission: Due by Friday, October 14, 2024
Please note: If your renewal is due before December 1st, it must be fully processed, including payment, to ensure your participation.
